Staff was nice dentist was not. Came in after waiting over an hour and proceeded to tell me how they dont take insurance for what I needed done. But when I called they said they did. I would not have made the 45 min trip if I had known. He also was very rude while letting me know no one would take it but my insurance said chicago would. He kept trying to talk over me while I was letting him know what I was told and cutting me of with a condescending tone. He was trying convince me to pull it but I ddnt wanna do that. He told me not to argue with him when I told him what my other dentist told me about my tooth. All in all not a goodvisit I got up and left without another word. Second worst experience dealing with a dentist.

Affinity Dental is an absolutely outstanding practice that truly prioritizes patient care. When my son was suffering from sudden tooth pain, they were the only office that could get us in quickly, especially when so many other places refused to take on new patients. The entire experience was incredibly smooth, efficient, and surprisingly affordable. It is clear that the dentist is an expert who truly knows his craft, as he handled the situation with such skill and professionalism. I am so grateful for their support and would recommend them to anyone in a heartbeat.

I recently visited Dr. Tad for a crown replacement, and I also brought my kids in for cavity removal. The entire experience was awesome from start to finish. The facility itself is great, modern, and very clean. Right from the moment we walked in, the front desk team was incredibly organized—they were fully aware of our situation, and the intake process was incredibly smooth. Best of all, everything was right on time with absolutely no waiting! Dr. Tad and his team made what could have been a stressful double appointment completely seamless. Highly recommend for the whole family!

The office staff were friendly and so was the dentist. But they couldn't help my kiddo at all with his teeth unfortunately. The dentist suggested for him to be sedated in some way to get everything done in one go and I agreed. I thought we would be scheduling for this but then he says he will have to refer us because he doesn't do any kind of sedation but the shots. I understand that but on the Google page here it literally says they do sedation and pediatric dentistry. It's very difficult to find a dentist that tastes my kid's insurance that can do all of this here in this area. Or the wait-list is a mile long. I thought I had the place! But apparently not. They just suggested I called the insurance company to find someone and they gave me a referral and information for a place in Missouri. If your kiddo needs work done and needs any kind of sedation, this is not the place. Again, they were very nice and it's not their fault I guess but it's just extremely disappointing since I've been looking for a "dental home" since we moved here almost 2 years ago.

I came to this practice after coming along with my husband to his appointment here. Everyone was pleasant, friendly, thorough, and ensured we both left with a plan that actually helps. All staff I encountered on both occasions were really great. It was very refreshing to see this kind of consistency with both his and my appointment. The primary Dentist here is so very kind, caring, and helpful. I don’t leave reviews for dental practices often, but I recommend this one! Thank you to everyone at Affinity!
